“Found myself with my septic backing up into my bathtub. Not a good situation made worse by having out-of-town guests in that bathroom. I called Durango Septic and they said they had just left Bayfield and it is now Saturday afternoon and they are back home three towns away. When I explained the situation they said they would come out. The owner shows a depth of knowledge and expertise you don’t encounter everyday. Generations of this family have been in the business and they are so incredibly nice and helpful. My situation required rodding and a pump which was done quickly and efficiently. “This company is fantastic! So knowledgeable and truly committed to customer service. Extremely helpful, excellent communication—I really can’t say enough! We had a backed up septic, and they were quick to get out here and get us fixed up, and for a reasonable price too (no extra emergency charges like other companies quoted!). Good people; we will use them exclusively for septic issues moving forward. Just a side note, I guess they are NOT the same company as “Durango Septic Service and Installation”.
